Tinnitus is a condition that affects one in seven people in the UK and is often described as a 'ringing in the ears'. For many, it's a debilitating condition leaving them desperate for a cure. But when no cure actually exists, you can be left spending money on one con after another. Twenty-one-year-old student Caris had ringing in her ears from a young age. When she started looking for cures online, all she found was a lot of people trying to make money peddling hack cures that were nothing but cons. In the studio is Andrew Swift, an ear, nose and throat specialist, advising what can really help those who suffer from the condition. Is there a cure for a hangover?
