Jahrelang herrschte ein furchtbarer Krieg zwischen der »Republic of Frost« und dem »Empire«. Ein Waffenstillstand scheint das Blatt zu wenden, doch auch Jahre später leidet das Volk unter Hunger, Krankheiten, der zerstörten Infrastruktur und skrupellosen Kriegsgewinnern. Zudem haben sich viele ehemalige Soldaten, die nur den Krieg kannten, zu Banden zusammengeschlossen und ziehen nun plündernd und mordend durchs Land - sie benutzen dafür das Militär-Equipment, die sie nach dem Waffenstillstand einfach behalten haben. Von normalen Waffen bis hin zu Kampfpanzern steht ihnen somit schweres Gerät zur Verfügung! Um diesem Wahnsinn ein Ende zu setzen, die Bevölkerung zu schützen und endlich Frieden herzustellen, hat das Empire eine militärische Sondereinheit zusammengestellt: Die Pumpkin Scissors!
